Distance / On Site LearningThe Course is comprised of distance learning and on site learning plus supervision. Timeframe's for the CourseThe maximum time for completion of the course is 3 years. Most often students are studying whilst working full time or part time. The course can be completed sooner than three years dependent on the individual student’s financial and time commitments. It is recommended that the first five study manuals are completed within 14 months to allow enough time for the completion of the remaining components of the course. The Course is Comprised of the following Components
Order of StudyStudents must complete Manuals 1-5 before attending Practical Module 1. Special Courses Stress Management and Human Sexuality can be completed before Practical Module 1 as these are theory only courses. The other special courses need to be completed after Practical Module 1 as they involve the practical use of hypnotic techniques. Manual 6 can be started any time after Manuals 1-5 have been completed. Practical Module 2 is usually completed towards the end of the Course. QualificationUpon successful completion of all of the above components, students are awarded a Diploma of Clinical Hypnotherapy. Distance Learning Component of the CourseDuring the Course, students are encouraged to keep in regular contact with the School. This is especially important for students who are at a distance and are not able to attend student meetings. It is also very important whilst students are completing the distance learning components of the Course, they are encouraged to keep in regular contact with the Managing Director. The Managing Director will contact every student at least once a month to check on progress or offer any assistance. EnrolmentStudents can enroll at any time during the year. |
